Messerschmitt Me 262
The Messerschmitt Me 262 was the first operational jet powered military aircraft. It was produced in the Interceptor "Swallow" and the ground attack "Stormbird" variants. This aircraft, with its revolutionary jet engines, was the higproint of aircraft development during the Second World War.
